This is a new page in Telligent Community 6.0. It allows you to choose:
- Whether to receive private emails, and in what format
- Whether to receive status notifications and content notifications for material you're subscribed to. (Note that by default you will still receive notifications about content you authored)
- Whom to receive conversations from, if you elect to receive them
- Which groups to receive email digests from, and whether to receive them daily or weekly.
Email properties
| Property | Description |
| Receive email | Determines whether you receive any email. If you uncheck this box, you disable all site email, including notifications. |
| Receive HTML emails | You can use this option if your client supports rich formatting. |
| Send notifications | Enables you to receive email notifications about content you're subscribed to. |
| Enable conversation notifications | Enables you to receive conversation emails. |
| Enable status message & comment email notifications | Enables you to receive an email if someone comments on your status, or adds a comment to a status you commented on. |
| Allow conversations from | Enables you to decide whether to receive conversations, and whom to receive them from. |
| My groups (email digest) | This lists all groups you belong to. By default, you are not subscribed to email digests from these groups (thus, the "Subscribe to group activities" option). You can choose here or in the group banner widget what frequency to receive email digests in: daily or weekly. If you select an option here, it will also show in the group banner drop-down. |
| Other group subscriptions | You can also receive email digests from public open groups. |
